The Stage Stop Inn offers a choice of event rooms totaling 3,200 square feet of elegant meeting space along the spectacular Rocky Mountain Front. The event rooms range from the 3,200-square-foot Grand Room down to our 576-square-foot Ear Mountain event room. To help facilitate your event, they also have the full-service Livery Saloon, a large catering kitchen to accommodate banquet dining, and additional public restrooms.

Hotel accommodations will not be a problem for out-of-town guests as the Stage Stop Inn offers 77 guest rooms with event space. This is a great spot to get everyone together in one place and enjoy peace of mind and an onsite reception.

Eat, drink, and be married! Stage Stop Inn has a Wedding Package starting at $1,200. The Stage Stop Inn Rocky Mountain Event Center can accommodate up to 250 guests depending on room layout. The wedding package includes: dance floor, round tables with white tablecloths, buffet tables with white tablecloths and skirting, complimentary suite for bride and groom, discount group rates on sleeping rooms, catering kitchen, and portable bar setup.

Choteau is easy to get to!

The Great Falls International Airport (GTF) is closer to Choteau than Denver is to its airport, and depending on the time of year, there are a number of nationwide direct flights. Great Falls International Airport offers several options for vehicle rental that will easily get you to Choteau.

 

Driving Directions

Choteau is located at the convergence of Highways 287 and 89, 55 miles northwest of Great Falls, 85 miles south of Glacier National Park, and 275 miles from Yellowstone National Park. It is situated on the fastest (and most scenic) route, park to park!

From Great Falls International Airport

  • From the terminal, head west on Terminal Drive
  • Turn right on Airport Drive
  • Turn left to merge onto I-15 N for 12 miles
  • Take exit 290 for US-89 N/MT-200 W toward Choteau
  • Continue onto MT-200 S/US-89 N
  • In 8 miles, turn right onto US-89 N
  • In 33 miles, you will arrive in Choteau!

From Glacier National Park

  • From East Glacier Village, head north on US-2 E for 12 miles
  • At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto US-89 S
  • Keep right to continue toward US-89 S
  • Continue onto US-89 S for 68 miles, and you will arrive in Choteau!

From Helena

  • Merge onto I-15 N toward Great Falls for 36 miles
  • Take exit 228 for US-287 N toward Augusta/Choteau and continue onto US-287 N for 39 miles
  • Turn right onto US-287 N/Main St in Augusta
  • Continue to follow US-287 N for 26 miles, and you will arrive in Choteau!
